HIPS or Home Information Packs are now compulsory to enable some properties to be placed on the market for sale and it appears likely that this will extend to all residential properties in time.
With the latest in search software and other IT systems DJM is able to source in-house its own HIP which is fully compliant and actioned immediately upon receipt of instructions. In the normal course we expect the HIP to be available within 7/14 days but a more accurate date will be provided once the HIP has been ordered.
