via a secure system.

password protected area of our website. To access the secure

of this page, by doing so you are deemed
to
have
read
and agreed
to our Terms and Conditions of Use.
The content of Ecase is confidential
and may be the subject of legal privilege. If you believe
that you have unauthorised access to any area of the site
please leave that area immediately and advise us by email
on post@djm.law.co.uk. DJM
cannot be held responsible for maintaining the confidentiality
of any information once it is stored on your IT system.

1. You shall only access Ecase if you
are a DJM client using your own username and password or
if you have prior written authorisation from DJM to access
the site.
2.
You are solely responsible for your activity in connection with Ecase whether
authorised or not.
3. You must keep your password safe and should not disclose,
sell or transfer it to any other person.
4. You must not permit any other person, whether directly
or indirectly, to use your password.
5. If you think that anyone else has obtained your password
you must notify us immediately by email at post@djm.law.co.uk.
6. You must not create a link to Ecase from another website
or document without our prior written consent.
7. You acknowledge that DJM cannot be held responsible
for maintaining confidentiality of any information once
it is stored on your IT system.
8. Without limiting any other remedies, DJM may suspend
or terminate your access for any reason.
